Just highlights how fcuked boxing is. The orgs don't care unless a guy is fighting for them. The sanctioning bodies don't care unless they're sanctioning the fight. And apparently, in this case, the opponent doesn't even care.
So if no-one cares, why should we expect fighters to be clean?
