Not much. He was never the true champion and never will be.
How Much Legacy is on the line for Joshua?

Losing to usyk is ok, if Josh wins for next 5 years after losing to usyk. But he really does need to beat usyk ideallyComment

He'll still be a two time champion with good wins and unifications under his belt. History will treat that well and won't care about the current day agendas people hold against him. It's not all time elite but that's a pretty high bar. It would be clear that he fell short when trying to get to that level (unless he does something else in the next few years).
A win and he's into some special territory. It would be an incredible win.

if the PED robot loses again probably has another rematch clause. he has held the title hostage for years after losing twiceComment

Losing to usy k could be bad but if he were to beat fury to make up for loss to usyk. But fury not giving Josh chanceComment

I'm pretty sure that if Fury was willing to face a still viable (and reigning champion) Klitschko and an Undefeated Wilder, that he'd be more than willing to give AJ a shot at the REAL title...If AJ can earn it by winning his upcoming fight!Comment

Well Wilder hasn't lost to anyone like Usyk and Ruiz either! And fought Fury to a draw and 4 knockdowns. Ortiz was even quality with either Usyk or Ruiz when Wilder beat him, and probably better than very old Klitschko, Parker, Whyte and obviously the man from whom AJ won "the title".Comment
