But if you're Garcia then who cares? He's not even 24 years old yet. If he feels better at 140 then that's where he should fight with or without Tank.

I like an analogy I came up with. If a heavyweight calls out a flyweight, it is up to the heavyweight to go down to flyweight, not the flyweight go up to heavyweight.
