Imo Ryan needs to work on his lead foot or Tank will make it look extremely easy.
One more fight means one year. Where are they gonna fight then? Davis will stay at 135. In one year, Ryan might be fighting at superwelter. As I said, last chance for Ryan at a shot. Now or never.

“We have to make sacrifices. Even though I know I wasn’t a 154-pounder, I knew that I wasn’t a junior middleweight, but I knew there was certain sacrifices I have to make. Oscar De La Hoya chose the gloves, chose the judges, he chose everything, the weight class, he chose everything. I knew I was a better fighter. I felt I was a better fighter. And I showed y’all I was the better fighter. So, guess what I did? I made sacrifices.
Which is all REAL boxing fans should be asking of these fighters.

Follow Devin 'The Dream' Haney's example.

Accept ALL terms from the A-Side.

Go in there on fight night and prove you're better if you say you are.

Ryan's already fought at 135 AND his power and speed would be better at 135. If anything it's disadvantage for Tank who has KNOWN weight issues.

This is pulling Ryan's punk card. Period.

That’s a strange demand since Tank has already fought at 140 and even won a title there. I mean at 5’5” Tank probably can’t go up too high in weight class. I think he will end up at 147 eventually but he will be way undersized up there. At 140 I think, if he stays disciplined with his weight in between fights, that’s the weight class right there that he should reign over.

But because he already fought at 140, it kinda looks like a B move to tell Garcia to fight at 135. Looks like Mayweather sees that if there’s a chance Garcia can be weight-drained, he wants that chance.

It would be funny if he actually ends up hurting his own fighter. Who knows if Tank struggles to make 135 for this fight. Best thing for both fighters would probably be 140.

He ripped that off from E40. Floyd aint smart enough to come up with pimp phrases.

Garcia’s been calling out Tank the past 6 months. Garcia has fought at 135 the last 6 months so he was making weight. It’s that simple.

Garcia moved to 140 to accommodate Fortuna not because he could t make 135 and suddenly you are talking about being “weight drained” by Tank.

This is pure logic. It seems as though the “weight drained” argument will now be Garcia’s saving grace. In 6 months, NOT once did Garcia mention fighting Tank at 140. Not once.
Suddenly now it’s a thing that even his fans are jumping on while throwing trigger words like “weight drained”.

He moved to 140 to accommodate Fortuna and said making 135 was easy.

Regardless of the situation… while I want this fight to happen…. Garcia needs Tank. Floyd and Tank don’t need Garcia for ****. Garcia hasn’t even done a ****ing thing to deserve anything. While I feel I haven’t seen Tank fight who I would like to see him fight, Garcia hasn’t don’t shyt.

aside from talking online and having anxiety attacks….

i think he's saying the bigger star gets to dictate the terms. dlh was bigger star than floyd at the time so floyd had to do what dlh wanted in order to get the fight. if garcia wants this fight, he'll have to meet tank's demands since tank is the bigger star.
