Douglas got +5 seconds against Tyson

Douglas failed to get up at the count of 6 which in real time was ~10 seconds. He only tried getting back up at the 8 count (13 seconds).

Incorrect. The timekeeper starts the count as soon as the fighter hits the canvas and the ref picks up the count from the timekeeper. My count matches the ringside timekeeper and yes, it starts when the fighter touches canvas.

If the referee gave a 10 count that was 10 seconds, you MIGHT have had a point. But he didn't. No referee is going to be able to give a 10 count that's EXACTLY 10 seconds. It's unrealistic to expect a human being to be that precise.
