mnMills Lane been retired 25 years and the facts are that the ref fucked up the count, that's all you need to know.
More than Mills Lane and Larry Hazard? Do you know who those guys are?
"Once the ref picks up the count, that's the official count," referee Mills Lane, who regularly works fights in Nevada, told the Associated Press."
Douglas beat the ref's count, and the ref's count is the official count. That's all you need to know.
The 10 count is based on Queensberry Rules of 10 seconds, not opinion =---> facts.
Your opinion on how long a 10 count should last doesn't matter, it doesn't change the fact that it's still a 10 count... and both fighters got the same amount of time to get up. Tyson fcuked up by trying to get mouthpiece in before he got up and he was all wobbly when he did.
Don't care what Tyson got, the fight should have ended when Douglas got knocked out.Comment

This reminds of the arguments I had with dumb Wilder fans who insisted that Deontay won the first fight with Fury by unofficial KO. They didn't know how the 10 count rule works in boxing either.
The ref's count is the only one that matters and it starts when he is satisfied the opponent is in a neutral corner.
Have you ever seen a downed fighter counted out by a timekeeper?
Me neither, because the rules of boxing don't allow that to happen.Comment

So that's your alt? Just enough time to sign out and reply between responses, wow what a dirtbag!

The ref always picks up the count so NO never seen it because a ref IS ALWAYS PRESENT. Terrible terrible arguments from you, like 3rd grade level.Comment

You are caught in a classic Dunning-Kruger type idiot trap. The only way out is to realise that you don't know it all and start to learn.Comment

This is the second time I've kicked sand on your face and stolen your manhood. Douglas got 5 seconds extra to get up and there is nothing you can ever do or say to change that.
You can quote a piece of used toilet paper as a source, it will never EVER change the fact Douglas got extra time to get up and the ref was incompetent which quite possibly robbed us of the GREATEST HW ever. Tyson would have STOMPED Ali into an early grave. You know it, I know it =---> facts lmao!
Stop losing and start winning more by =--->
