Should be announced shortly mate. Should have been Smith vs Eubank Jr headlining which was all but done but the prospect of Eubank vs Benn ruined it.

Benn vs Eubank is a garbage fight

It’s a ‘fool me twice shame on you…’ moment

or ‘History repeats itself second as farce’

Benn is an unproven WW who’s been hurt in fights.

Eubank is 2/3 weight classes bigger and for all his faults is very durable and punches hard.

      How does Benn possibly win?

It’s essentially just a cash out for Benn. I’ve got GGG-Brook vibes. It reeks of desperation.

            Boxxer Liverpool card announced.

Undercard headlined by Azeez-Pitters for the British which I like. Docherty-Costa moved from July 30 to the Liverpool card as well.

Anything on Adam Azim’s rumoured opponent RJJ? Am hoping for Charlton or another domestic test but it’ll definitely be a 10-1 European coming up from lightweight who’ll be taken out in 2.

Liam Smith fighting what is a definite step back in Mwakinyo, most known for taking out Eggington a while back.

Who are they targeting for his next fight? A final eliminator at 154? Moving up to 160 to maybe get Andrade?

I'm considering going to this just for Azeez v Pitters. Top class fight.

Excellent matchup. Ones where you’d favour the ‘home’ fighter 60-40, but there’s a lot of pressure on them with promotional backing and moving past British level & the opponent is a live one are my favourite kind of fights. Definitely a fight worthy of the British title. Didn’t watch Richards-Pitters, was it very one sided or was Shakan in it until the stoppage?

I’m hoping for Charlton. I think it’s the right sort of test.

I think the end game is still Eubank Jr from Sky’s perspective, if the Eubank-Benn fight happens I’d imagine they’ll look to get Liam a shot at 154 but Charlo has two maybe even 3 mandatories due I believe so there’s a long queue.

Just remembered, a few people telling me Masher Dodd could be on the card. Possible Azim opponent?

Sounds plausible. Not sure of the names off the top of my head, but I read a solid looking cruiserweight matchup was likely to feature as well. One guy was a Liverpudlian, the other from Middlesbrough (?), and they were both undefeated (both about 7/8/9-0). Seemed like a good clash.
