But I must see him with some decent welterweight first. Crowley, Abdukakhorov, Butaev, Stanionis, Avanesyan level.
Crowley is the guy I see Ennis fighting next. He's not getting Thurman, Spence or Crawford next and Crowley has been fighting on SHO as of late. This is the fight we will see towards the end of the year.

No top WW is rushing to fight him and he is dispatching second and third tier fighters like a skilled fighter should.

The hype is deserved and hopefully someone will step up and fight him.

Again, there is NOTHING that Mean Machine has shown in his career to say he is on another level compared to Dulorme...Even at 147.
Dulorme sucks man. Anyone with eyes can see that. He flayed at Crawford and Crawford patiently waited for the ****** to slow down, Kavaliauskas outboxed Crawford and walked him into bombs. Big difference. I’m done with this conversation. If you think a bum like Dulorme is on the level of Kavaliauskas I don’t know what else to tell you. Stanionis sucks himself but at least he’s a welterweight. Lipinets is tough but has no schooling, no real boxing and is tiny, as is Clayton minus the power and grit of Lipinets, making him basically useless at world level. Ugas has struggled, been dropped by many bums, average defense, average chin. I’d say Kavaliauskas is more Ugas level, he’s got that schooling, but his weakness is sht stamina.

L-O-L at you trying to deny Dulorme not outboxing Crawford for the first half of the fight. Did he end up getting stopped? Sure, but so did Mean Machine against both Crawford and Ortiz.

Ahhh got it, now Stanionis sucks? But let me guess, Avanesyan is a great fighter?

I see, now Ugas is not good either, got it.

Yeah, we can definitely be done here....

Ortiz and Benn have been just as impressive but don't receive nearly as much hype. Not that I don't see good things in Ennis, I like him and I think he will be very successful at 147, but some of the boxing writers and fans are already writing off Spence, Thurman and Crawford who are far more proven. He looks good in form and has all the fundamentals needed to be champion and he's an exciting fighter to watch, so there is an upside to his publicity. He's willing to fight anyone, which is also refreshing.

I don't want the train to leave without me, but I can't pay for a ticket off that Clayton fight.

Will he sit around for many months waiting for fights? Six minutes of work without scratches? Doesn't make any sense in this sport.

Ennis needs someone like Thurman, Stanionis, etc. But soon enough he will get a title shot as I mentioned.
Robinson is a tricky fighter though. The likes of Clayton, Lipinets aren’t. Kavaliauskas stops both those guys.

Ennis needs to fight somebody with ambition, who’ll come forward and ask him a few questions. I thought Kavaliauskas was a great learning fight for Ortiz for example.
