Boxing's problem is that practically every decent fight is PPV these days. Add to that most boxers would rather string together 5-10 showcase fights while claiming fights against people who could beat them can't be made. It's not sustainable.

Precisely. If boxers were overpaid then someone would lose money every event and go out of business.

What fat head means is that the people getting punched in the face for a living are getting more of a cut than his fighters do, and he doesn’t like it because it makes him look like the cheapskate he is. He thinks he should be entitled to keep most of the money for himself.
