I have heard Katie was lucky, and after seeing 5th round I can kind of understand. But Serrano hasn't seemed to claim robbery? Maybe as she getting rematch? Who knows?

This is Katie Taylor's work from round 2, as you can see this is crap : Taylor hits Amanda on the crown of her head, back of the head, neck, or barely makes any contact ; a lot of Katies shots were blocked. To be fair to Taylor, she lands the best punch of the round @ 1.10 but the majority of her punches are not clean and sloppy.

In real time, these grazing shots with the input of commentators that make mistakes calling the scraping blows hard strikes, convinces the untrained eye.

Compare this to Amanda's consistent steady clean-work, you cant give Taylor round 2.

I got the Amanda winning rounds : 2,4-5-6-10, round 5 is a 10-8. I have not studied rounds 3 in detail but you can also give Amanda a couple swing rounds.

I had it 6 rounds to 4 in favor of Taylor, I could see it 6-4 the other way. I was surprised I had Taylor winning the majority of the rounds even after the fight. I thought Serrano clearly won her moments while Katie did not.

There are multiple criteria for scoring a round and sometimes your eyes or brain favor a certain criteria in that particular round or fight, they stand out more.

I think the final ruling should be that neither one truly dominated the other and there should be a rematch. A draw would of been fair for this one but since it didn't happen, a rematch is the next best thing. Serrano knows what to do this time.
