Whatever Taylor does next will show what kind of champion he is. Is he going to run away or is he going to face it and give this guy a rematch to prove tjat it wasn't a fluke?

I just can’t see Taylor winning 7 or more rounds which he needed to in order to get the decision given the knockdown. This was not an eye pleasing fight with way too much clinching and holding. I do wonder if the judges that scored it for Taylor penalized Catterall in their scoring for this and viewed Jack as being the culprit.
I saw highlights of Caterall's previous fight and he fought cleanly but based on this evidence I've got zero interest in watching him going forwards. This was potentially a similar upset to that of Kombosos but at least that fight wasn't a clinch fest and I'm happy to watch George going forward.blackroseboxing

Lets see if Taylor will go up or drop a belt instead of giving him a rematch.

The ref must have waved his finger at Caterall at least once and sometimes twice every round - Taylor was guilty too but I give him more benefit of the doubt because he didn't clinch much in previous fights.
