UK judging has become a major problem.

It’s becoming a real problem over here. I’m a Ryder fan and I don’t begrudge him getting a decision when several have gone against him in the past but there’s no way in hell Danny Jacobs lost that fight. He clearly won the first 6 rounds. I also gave him the 12th and the 10th. Regardless, there’s no way you can give him less than 6 rounds.

Then before that we had Cash vs Madiev. Two of the judges gave Cash every single round aside from the two he was dropped in. It’s laughable.

The UK is becoming the worst place in boxing for the away fighter in regard to judging. The BBBofC need to take action, they won’t though cause Robert Smith will continue looking after his mates.

I had Jacobs winning but he let the judges do this to him. This ended up being wayyyy closer than it should have and Jacobs has no one to blame but himself.

Like Benn said, Ryder finally gets one to go his way. Good for him. He's likely to get his butt whooped by Morrell but at least he got this win!

I actually had round 6 as a swing round. Jacobs landed one really good shot at th end of the round , Ryder was starting to press all the action

Round 12 was probably a Jacobs round.

6-6 is not out of the question if you score the 6th for Ryder and the 12th for Jacobs.

I personally had it 7-5 Jacobs but 6-6 would be ok

I struggle to give 7 rounds to Ryder though, Because I thought Jacobs won 6 rounds clearly (1-5 and 12). The other 6 I can find a case for Ryder.

Well, look it that way, Rosado was robbed against Jacobs. What goes around comes around. Jacobs sucks.

Yeah, I think you can get to six rounds for Ryder if you try hard but giving him 7 is rough. That means you REALLY were trying to look for any close round to go his way. But again, Danny gave the judges a chance to do this. He's just going through the emotions every fight now.

I gave Jacobs the first 6 and 10.

Jacobs won imo, but some of those rounds nothing really happened, so it could be given to the aggressor.

I've seen much worse. No story here, too close to consider it close to a robbery, although I agree Jacobs won.

Yeah. Much as I appreciate the points in the Pick Em I'm really struggling to see how you get beyond a draw for John and even that's being fairly generous. Rooting for him as well, dude's had enough bad decisions go against him, but that ain't what I saw.... i mean yeah, he gritted out a really solid second half but it wasnt enough in my book.

                    It always has been mate.

For as long as I can remember.

Especially the Robert Smith and his mates era.
