Yeah, I think you can get to six rounds for Ryder if you try hard but giving him 7 is rough. That means you REALLY were trying to look for any close round to go his way. But again, Danny gave the judges a chance to do this. He's just going through the emotions every fight now.

Bingo! That's the main takeaway of the fight and recent Jacobs fights. He was unable to separate from the likes of Rosado/Ryder and looked very mediocre vs Chavez Jr. He's no longer a top fighter even if he deserved to win this fight.

That being said, Jacobs built a lead then just completely shut down Mentally and Physically again like he did vs Rosado when he would throw a punch with nothing on in and fall in, get on the inside and do absolutely nothing besides Clinch and Push his opponent against the Ropes. He needs to retire!
