Joshua should only step aside if he has a cast iron guarantee that he fights the winner. Fury is a liar, a steroids cheat and fraud. He will gyp AJ out of any fight if the rematch clause is not already cast iron and in the bag.

The issue is Dillian Whyte, if Fury and Usyk fight next and AJ takes step aside with a guaranteed shot to fight the winner, and Whyte gets a legal ruling also that Fury must face him next it all goes to hell.

No, we just need Fury vs Whyte and AJ vs Usyk 2 sorted out quickly, then the winners face off later in the year for undisputed, that's 3 good fights for fans, it's only boxing politics in the way.

If AJ can't beat Usyk in a rematch then I've got no interest in seeing him against fury, he has to right that wrong first, if he can't do it, walk away then

I might be wrong. But IMO Fury and Usyks styles together will most likely give us a boring fight.
Take the belts out of the equation, Uysk vs Fury is a bland match up.

Their styles and probably characters will not clash in my opinion. I agree with you, and I don't want to see it anytime soon. I think the idea of the fight is disrupting other theme's that want to play out in the heavyweight division.

You only have to look at the reaction of the people on this thread. Compare their reactions to ANY Whyte vs Fury thread? There is distinct difference in hostility, passion whenever the Whyte vs Fury fight is discussed. Even the interactions between the fighters, has all the ingredients for a block buster event.

People may act like they don't want to see such fights, but deep down it is those type of passionate match ups that captivate.

Fury vs Usyk will probably be all matey matey with one another, there will be endless respectful gestures from Fury's team 'The good ole, Usyk is a fighting man compliment' I don't care for any of this, and I want to see 100% raw competition, where another opponent does not careless about Fury's background.

Although I think Fury will beat Whyte, Whyte will bring a similar intensity the same way Wilder did etc

Maybe Whyte will just be happy with step aside money, if it’s good money.

He doesn’t seem that interested in fighting champions. He’s literally the one that keeps pushing the purse bid back for the Fury fight because he keeps taking the WBC to court, The purse bid was due last week, and again this Friday and it’s only his actions delaying the fight. It could’ve been a done deal by now.

Then he turned down a career high payday to fight Joshua in 2019. Turned down final eliminators against Ortiz and Pulev too.

I think it’s a clear pattern by now that Whyte is trying to win a title via politics instead of in the ring, by getting somebody to vacate or something or wait out for an easy vacant title fight. He talks a great game until the time comes to put pen to paper and make the big fights and he doesn’t, time and time again.

I think if they can get him the right money, he will step aside.

Could a full stacked HW card get Mayweather money?

If Anthony Joshua does that then he is a real bitch! Not only that he would be considered bitchmade because from the outside it appears that he is running away from another asswhooping from Oleksandr Usyk. What if Usyk upsets the apple cart and defeats Tyson Fury and then what?

Usyk has unfinished business with Joshua, Fury needs to defend his belts against Whyte.

Fury vs Wilder III, was and is a bigger match up that Usyk vs Fury.

Take the belts out the equation it is a bland match up, and I am not even sure Fury wins these days.

Fury should win, but the level of clumsiness he showed against Wilder may well get him into some issues.

I don't think the fight is going to happen. You don't seem very engrossed by it to be honest. You have stronger reactions and opinions on all Whyte vs Fury threads.

Deep down you will be more engrossed by Whyte vs Fury.

                    Good points.

                    I know the " belts " matter.
But like you mentioned. Take them out of the equation and I see the potential for a technical fight ( at HW mind you ).

IMO not as appealing as Fury / Whyte , Fury / AJ , Wilder / Whyte or the fight I want to see ... Wilder vs AJ.

Yeah, in an ideal world I'd like to see Fury vs Whyte and then Fury vs AJ/Usyk for undisputed. However I'm also fine if it's Fury-Usyk next.

I just cba seeing Fury fight a Helenius or Charr, he needs the big fights NOW.
