Really the only good fighter at 105 at the time was Eagle Kyowa, who beat Mayol more convincing then Calderon has.
what about Muhammad Rachman and Yutaka Niida?

really? thats it? I was having fun and wanted a worthwhile argument, but if youre going to be a little girl about it and give one worded responses as if youve proved something, I guess thats ok too.

    have a nice day then.

          .......

calderon have seen his better days, thats for sure... but i respectufully disagree with that statement..

            Cut

I think it was a good size cut.
The thing is that cut is on top of his forehead and wasn't impairing his vision, it shouldn't have been stoppage worthy unless it was pouring blood like the Barrera-Khan cut.

i'd understand if the cut was right above the eye....but that ****'s way up there

I hate Calderon's style of fighting. Give me an action fighter like Roman Gonzales.

BlackIrish has clearly won by proving his point with clear and direct information, wheras everyone else has been trying to change the subject on him....

wow.. he only fought 3 top 10 rated guys during his run?... Disgraceful

                    Cut him some slack, folks.
Iron Boy is 34 years old, in the lower weight classes thats more like 40. He just doesnt have a lot left in the tank. A few years ago he was definitely P4P material.

and I went ahead and checked, Calderon only had 3 wins over top ten rated fighters during his entire Minimumweight title reign.
                      Daniel Reyes-#3
                      Roberto Carlos Leyva-#8
                      Edgar Cardenas-#10

call me crazy, but thats not too great. without that 0 in the loss column, no one would look twice at Calderon. hell, theyd probably look away from him on purpose, the guys strategy is run for your life and land 3 punches a round.
Sorry guys, I have to admit I was wrong.

Daniel Reyes couldnt have been as high as #3. He convincingly lost to Omar Soto before his fight with Calderon, and Soto was rated #8 at the end of 2005.
so chances are Reyes was not rated #3 when he fought Calderon, he was probably rated lower than Soto...in other words, #9 or 10. sorry for the confusion, I dont mess up like that usually.

so top ten fighters Calderon beat:
                      Daniel Reyes-#9
                      Roberto Carlos Leyva-#8
                      Edgar Cardenas-#10
