All I can say is good luck to Whyte if he feels he could strong arm more money out of Bob Arum. Eddie needs to talk to him. He knows darn well that he is not worth 45 percent of the purse split.

It looks to me that he is more interested in breaking the bank rather than becoming a Heavyweight champion. How much money does Dillian need to fight man? All that barking he did at Wilder; He never wanted to fight Wilder and he never wanted to fight AJ for all the belts again.

All he ever wanted was a substantial pay raise from Wilder, Joshua and Fury. If he doesn't want this opportunity then give it to someone who does like Otto Wallin. He'll fight Tyson Fury for free just to get his hands on that WBC heavyweight title..

      Otto Wallin isn’t ranked .

It’s not on Whyte it’s on Fury to act like a champion and within the WBCs rules concerning any potential split . Whyte offered Wilder 4 million in 2018 and he was the challenger and then Wilder asked for 7 ,isn’t that an actual person concerned with money ? Whyte was giving him his highest pay not the other way around .

Did Arum counter with a better offer than 20% or are they just staying with the opening bid? That's not how negotiations work.

He's currently rated #16 and if Fury wants to fight him, I'm sure he'll show up at #15 in the next ratings.

If the WBC is mandating 20%, why should Fury give him more?

Whyte's only leverage would be trying to sell Fury a rematch clause, but Fury doesn't seem to want one.

Well Wilder fought Stiverne absent from boxing fur just about 2 years as his mandatory so it’s safe to say they can pull anyone out like a bad zombie movie ,trust me when I say this we all know how crooked the WBC is and you only give us more reason to believe it on the forum.

Whyte is the mandatory, however the WBC punted in terms of ordering the bout next because Whyte is in arbitration with the WBC mainly over what the purse split would be. The WBC says 80-20, Whyte wants more.
