    Good but not great.

Jermall could be better than he is but relies too much on his power for me.

Both brothers to be honest. But for Jermall specifically, his with greatness is navigating his career like Crawford has at 147. Stop sitting there being comfortable with fighting mandatories. Go and show some ambition and desire to be great by fighting Andrade, GGG. Unify your division or move up and go for greater glories.

Jermell is probably closer to greatness than Jermall though. He has taken an L but who cares? He avenged his L, he has proceeded to win 3/4 titles at 154. Then fought Castano to unify the entire division. It ended in a draw but it shows a desire to be great.

In fact, Jermell is already lined up Catano for February to unify the division again. So, for me, he could actually be great. That is the definition of greatness really.

Jermall has a ways to go and its because of his lack of desire to be great. He's okay just hanging out.

Not a boring fighter, but he seldom fights. One fight a year can never make any fighter great.

        He beat Jrock and Derv

Derevyanchenko has lost 4 of his last 5 fights. Jrock has lost his last 2 fights. That doesn't happen to great fighters.

But wouldn't you say Jermall has a better resume than Crawford? I mean, Jrock and Derv are better than anyone Crawford has faced

to be great you would think you need some good wins right or at least a good run of success? i mean is baldomir great cause he beat zab judah? williams beat a completely finished hurd which looked good at the time but now we know hurd was finished. it was a right place right time thing but williams clearly is not a top fighter from his drubbing against charlo, ko loss to some random tune up rosario, his razor close fight against old ishe smith, and now losing to some guy named vladmir hernandez.

A great fighter no? A good fighter yes? I think he is just not the same fighter at Middleweight as he was at Junior middleweight. His punches seem to lack the same amount of snap or pop on them as opposed to when he was fighting at the lower weight classes.

maybe he's great since Canelo won't fight him?

who's a great fighter Canelo has fought as of late?

lol i'm jk I don't know if he's great, but I would like him to get that Canelo fight because he either schools Canelo or Canelo knocks him out, so it's a win win for me.
