Is Jermall Charlo a great fighter?

He has a great jab, decent defense, exceptional power, and he is great at keeping his distance. I would say he is a Danny Garcia 2.0. He has good power and his killer instinct is second to none. What are your thoughts about Jermall Charlo?

We will never know how good they could of been. Their promoters over protected them. Their too old now and use to eating with silver spoons and having silk pajamas to be hungry now. Their retired just nobodies said it. They will make money grabs for the next couple years though.

Great for his era? No, I don't think so. He's very good but his level of competition has been inconsistent and his performances have been as well. His best wins, Derevyenchenko and J-Rock, haven't aged well with both losing since then. He's looked less than impressive against guys who have been beaten more convincingly by others.

How could you honestly compare him to Danny Garcia?

            Danny's resume:
WBA, WBC, Ring Magazine, and Lineal Super Lightweight Champion
            WBC Welterweight Champion

Danny vs World Champions (Full titlists only, so it doesn't include Regular titlists like Matthysse):
W vs Nate Cambell UD 10
W vs Kendall Holt SD 12
W vs Erik Morales UD 12
W vs Amir Khan TKO 4
W vs Erik Morales TKO 4
W vs Zab Judah UD 12
W vs Lamont Peterson MD 12
W vs Paulie Malinaggi TKO 9
W vs Robert Guerrero UD 12
L vs Keith Thurman SD 12
W vs Brandon Rios TKO 9
L vs Shawn Porter UD 12
L vs Errol Spence UD 12

10-3 vs world champions in 39 fights

            Charlo's resume:
            IBF Super Welterweight Champion
            WBC Middleweight Champion

            Jermall vs World Champions:
W vs Cornelius Bundrage KO 3
W vs Julian Williams KO 5

2-0 vs world champions in 32 fights, no attempts to unify, no lineal titles, no Ring titles

Danny Garcia is a warrior, Charlo is a cherry picking diva.

I thought the J Rock win aged decent since he later became unified and defeated undefeated Hurd

If that's the case, why do you rate Crawford so high? Jrock and Derev are better than anyone crawford has fought

What are you referencing when saying that I rate Crawford "so high"? You asked a question but it seems that you already have an answer in your head. Would you have questioned my answer if I had said Jermall was great?

I don't recall mentioning Crawford in my response but since you did, I will say that I don't recall Crawford ever looking like Charlo did against Juan Macias Montiel. Montiel was a guy who Munguia sparked out in 2 rounds. I don't recall Crawford going to decision where I had doubts whether or not he deserved the nod like Charlo did against Korobov or even Trout.

As for your assertion that JRock and Derevyenchenko are better wins than anything Crawford has I would argue that Porter and Postol are superior.
