GGG had two chances made a lot of money but couldn’t get the job done. I don’t want to see a trilogy because GGG not going to beat Canelo. He needs to fight Andrade and Charlo and try to unify 160 but I doubt GGG can do it. GGG is old and lost steps.

I clearly remember many folks in the boxing sphere shouting from the roof tops that Triple G had a weak resume and was highly overrated before the Canelo fights and not so much after.

It's weird how people say he "had two chances to get it done." It's not like Golovkin can score the fights himself. It's out of his hands. Sure, you can look back and say he should've done more of this and more of that, but it's no fault of his own that he didn't rightfully get at least 1 win against Canelo. But when two great fighters face off, more often than not the fights are going to be really close, so I don't understand how it's his fault he didn't get the nod. They were never going to give him the win unless he knocked Canelo out. I mean ****, they made Golovkin walk out first, despite being the champ. Everything is catered to Canelo. I don't know if Gennadiy has the "secret" but he definitely has or had the tangibles to beat Canelo. Hard to say if his body will react as fast as his mind wants.

The keys to being able to beat Canela are simple, but is no easy task. The opponent that can beat Canelo, will have power, can take a punch, and can box.

GGG fits the bill. Other boxers have the key components in their DNA as well. However, beating Canelo is no easy task.

GEE will get stopped by Alvarez in a Trilogy. The BLUEPRINT to beat the mighty "Gennadiy" is the body work Canelo will mix (Power) in along with being the faster fighter.

The haters will be calling Golovkin a bum post match. Something tells me AGE will be brought up alot...

Has the tangibles to beat Canelo ? In many people's opinions, he beat Canelo 2x. People tend to forget , these were Triple G's belts. Rounds difficult to score, go to the champion. That's the way it's been in boxing since 1900. I challenge any American or Mexican to watch the fights again, with no volume from the bias American/Mexican commentary by the American/Mexican network guys. Re-watch , no volume and youll see 8-4 and 7-5 fights for Golovkin. Quite handily.

                    Best guess would be 168lbs.
                    Definitely NOT Middleweight. (My guess)

Yeah, has the tangibles(intangibles?)/skillset. Or at least he did. He's not the fighter he was from 6-9 years ago. And that amount he's lost, however big or miniscule those factors are, is huge at the elite level. Every bit counts.
