At best he won the first won, no way was the second one clear, hell more people feel Canelo took that one. Golovkin struggled with b level fighters in Jacobs and Derevyanchenko. His resume is trash outside Canelo.

Many feel that Lara beat Canelo as well, does that make him an automatic ATG as well?

He struggled with Dervy. Jacobs was a clear win. More people don't feel Canelo took the 2nd fight lol. That's revisionist history.

GGG has had an all-time great career at MW. That's pretty evident imo. He was the man of his era, for a 10 year run or so. That puts him up there with anyone at that weight class all-time.

Lara is one of my favorite fighters but what he did outside of the Canelo fights was not on GGG's level. Lara fought a lot of good fighters but had quite a few slip ups. GGG had virtually 0 against B level or lower fighters. That is extremely rare.

I doubt it, father time has already done his job on Golovkin, whereas Canelo is in his absolute prime.

          so it's 1-1
but whats even more impressive is that he has never been visibly hurt or even down to the canvas his entire career, this counts even more in my book considering his style
canelo vs visibly hurt vs cottos little uber driver brother but golovkin is like superman who cant be beat except with kryptonite or in golovkin's case with a gun or something like that.
And still if I see a young G sparring with JCCjr I think Carl Froch at the time would run through both of them.

The only revisionist history here is you claiming that Golovkin won the second fight clearly which he didn’t.

And I agree with the rest, he’s had a nice hall of fame career but nowhere near an ATG legacy. Name me the top great wins he’s had to warrant the ATG title? There’s literally nothing special outside of two close Canelo fights.

ATGs are people like Hagler, Pacquiao, Mayweather, Ali, Chavez, Duran, ect. It’s an insult to throw GGG in that league.

Lol. He beat Canelo twice. I saw that with my own eyes. That and him dominating good+ fighters for about 15 fights is good enough for me. You can call it in an insult if you want, I don't give a sh,it what you think.

To me it's way more insulting that you dumbass clowns try and go around and act like GGG did anything other than win those 2 fights vs Canelo. Someone who is denying that fact, I don't give 2 sh.its about their opinion on who or what makes an ATG lol.

Btw who did Chavez beat to become an ATG? List his best wins please.

You’re not getting off the hook, twerp. Get it through your thick skull that we are both in agreement that Golovkin is a hell of a fighter but he’s not at the ATG level. That is strictly reserved for the best boxers in boxing history and Golovkin doesn’t make the cut with his resume and accomplishments. He is however, a Hall of Famer which is still a huge accomplishment.

I don’t make the rules, bud, I just work here.

You really want me to list all of Chavez’ best wins, world titles, and accomplishments just because you’re hurt that GGG isn’t in the same league? Are you really going to resort to saying that Golovkin had a better career than JC freakin Chavez?

Wow that was a hell of a duck, to avoid actually listing JCC Sr's best wins. Yeah go ahead and list his five best wins bud. I want you to write them out.

Dude I don't give 2 sh.its about what you or anyone else thinks or my opinion, or of GGG. Like I said, if 90% of the people out there kept it real and just admitted obvious things like - who really won a fight, or was that fighter shot when the fight happened etc etc - that would be great. But there are a lot of losers like you out there so that ship has sailed.

From my eye, and I've watched a lot of film, GGG is one of the best to ever do it at or around MW. A lot of people agree with me. Some don't. Oh well, who cares. That's what an opinion is.

As for your opinion on that, I've seen your opinion on other things, so you disagreeing with me just makes me feel I'm right. So thanks for that.

Canelo already whooped ggg fighting two different style and gameplan, a third fight would be even worse for golovkin tbh, the fact is Canelo is the better, sharper, faster more skillful boxer not to mention more accomplished fighter by now
