much as I like Taylor as a fighter, he's not 'huge' in the UK --- he just isn't.

To get 70,000 fighters in a stadium you need a lot of casuals coming, taking their wives, families, making it a trip/evening out. Plus, the casual here has never heard of Bud or Spence. Bud took Ricky Burns title but that is ancient history now.

I think Josh Taylor is a tad too small for Crawford. But it is still an interesting match.

It looks like Crawford’s weakness is swarming. This is how the smaller Gamboa hurt him (momentarily swarming). Porter was also swarming, while the fight ended in a stoppage, it was competitive. 2 judges had it 86-85 in favor of Crawford.

Porter looked at his best when he fought inside. It won him rounds. When he distanced himself from Crawford and tried to “box”, Crawford was superior there.

I do not see Taylor swarming Crawford.

Taylor is solid no doubt, but he barely beat Proagris and Ramirez, Crawford beats him easy. Ennis and Ortiz pose the highest danger, and if Crawford says he's the best WW then go out and prove it.
everything you said is spot on except that as intriguing as this fight would be - it won't move the needle that much in the UK. Might fill the O2 at best but not a large stadium.

What we witnessed against Shawn Porter was the new undisputed welterweight champion of the world. I must admit that I was a never of fan of Terence Crawford before Saturday night but he impressed the shit out of me with his victory over Porter.

Now he has made a brand new fan in myself. This man could fight his ass off!
you've got good eyes and can hypothesize and logic stuff out - put some money on you'll do ok

Taylor is sharp but Crawford is sharper. Crawford hits harder and Crawford has better defence

I'd rather Crawford fight Vergil Ortiz next on DAZN in Las Vegas. **** going to Texas. I'm sure DAZN would guarantee Crawford at least 10 million or more for that fight.

Terrence Crawford has already beaten a bunch of Josh Taylor's.

What is there for Crawford to prove against Josh Taylor? Now once he knocks him out then boxing fans are going to be complaining that he was ducking Spence by picking on a little guy at 140.

My matchup for Bud isn’t a Mexican style Ortiz whom he would stop inside the distance also, but a super talent in Jerron Boots Ennis who has power, good legs loads of talent fast hands and an undefeated record but no belt! If Bud can win this, dam Spence he would prove he’s a Hall of Famer no doubt!

The most lucrative would be the Spence fight, its one of the biggest in the sport and is the fight most Boxing fans want to see the most, just not Spence fans for some reason.

I'm a big Taylor fan but he can't beat Crawford also his shows do well in the UK but he's far from a cash cow type.

Best thing Crawford can do is fkk Arum and TopRank off, go to master Al and offer to sign up with him on the condition he gets the Spence fight by end of 2022. If Master Al won't go for that then he may as well just forget the Spence fight, become a free agent and maybe team with Eddie Hearn like Canelo.
