Facts! I think Crawford vs. Vergil Ortiz Jr. could be bigger than Josh Taylor too!

Stop with the BS Bob. Crawford vs Spence is the biggest fight out there for either man. Period.

Doubtful that Arum would do a 1 and done for Crawford and sacrifice Taylor who is under contract. He’d try to hook Crawford back in who will then be right back in the same position. So this fight isn’t likely. Unfortunately, Crawford will likely have to settle for a Danny Garcia type until Spence is back and gets in another fight.

Spence is definitely the biggest fight for Crawford as far as "stature" is concerned, but not necessarily the biggest paycheck for Crawford. Spence would likely demand such a high split that it is possible that Crawford could make more money fighting Taylor.

But I stress the word "possible". Personally I dont think Taylor is well known enough to really improve US PPV numbers much higher than Porter did, if at all.

Bob also could be referencing the low probability of Spence-Crawford even happening in the first place. Many people think that Spences purse split demands will kill the fight, regardless of who is promoting Crawford. So 60-40 or 70-30 vs Taylor is alot more than 00-00 if no Spence fight.

Taylor will always have the Crawford options. He is on record as saying he makes 140 easy. So he gets the lions share of purses for any 135er going up to 140 whilst he monopolises the belts.

That's a clear set up for bud, go there with.the promise of ppv % and a low guarantee, pay the judges, possibly get him robbed on the cards if it goes the distance, the fight does 200k buys for 20£ a pop and Bud effectively passes the torch to the next top rank guy. Same **** happened to Pacquiao 10 years ago against Bradley and Cotto against Margarito and Arum wanted to do it to Floyd against Margarito. That guy is an elaborate criminal.

Bud would be dumb to reup with top rank. Bud vs anyone doesnt sell well. Dude is like a cuban boxer extrememly talented but cant sell. Bçbiggest $ maker is still pbc welter for biggest names. Taylor though talented is equally as profitable as swift garcia n thurman yet spence sells the most. Its om the other boxer to sale cause bud cant

I mean no disrespect to Josh Taylor but Terence Bud Crawford is just on a whole different level. It would take a gifted man to beat him at 147 or 154. I can only see him getting better with time.154 would be calling soon.

What we witnessed against Shawn Porter was the new undisputed welterweight champion of the world. I must admit that I was a never of fan of Terence Crawford before Saturday night but he impressed the shit out of me with his victory over Porter.

Now he has made a brand new fan in myself. This man could fight his ass off!

If Arum gets the 70,000 that he talks about then I think that's the biggest fight financially. I've got to say, I'm not sure I see that amount happening. I think maybe 40,000 at a push. Of course if you look at it from a boxing perspective, then for sure, Crawford's biggest option is Spence.
