I don't want to sound like an ******* but what about clean punching, effective aggressiveness, defense and general generalship?

I find it hilarious by the way, that you try to quote me in your sig - and you crop out part of what I said. And even that snippet you post is a self-own lolol.

He's tough, he can wrestle and fight on the inside, he can deal with guys like Horn and Porter who want to make it into a brawl. He can box beautifully, he can counter beautifully. He has never been seriously hurt in 38 pro fights. He has never lost in 38 pro fights.

The most important thing he has - is that he has an inner toughness to him, that loves to fight and mix it up. He won't quit and he loves the actual fight. That should have been evident to anyone watching tonight.

What exactly have you been watching? If you've watched him you shouldn't need anyone to explain it to you.

Really? Lol and that is a problem with everybody presumably and not you... unless you are Socrates the G*****. Here are some things to watch.]

-As said the rare quality of going backwards while fighting... Try it sometime
-Killer finishing instinct. Some of the best fighters smell that blood in the water, know when they have done damage...
-Speed and accuracy off the charts
-The power of a puncher when sitting down on shots
-Comprehensive nature of skills...can throw every punch, fight in either southpaw or ortho, can use angles, attack with speed off a line,
              -physically strong
              -decent beard
              -Has footspeed off the charts
              -Deadly counter puncher.
-The intangables.... Look at Crawford compared to another great talent like Judah, or even Broner... Because all the talent in the world is not enough in professional prize fighting if you do not have the intangables to bring it to a point on a spear and stab away as other talented fighters look for holes in your game.

Also keep in mind that the middle weight classes are the most competative because most people in the world have an average weight within the range of these divisions... so your competing against the most talented fighters.

People should appreciate special talents like Bud. If you don't understand the game, just shut up and don't analyze anything.

Note to all Canelo superfans - you are welcome to come cry in this thread though. I want those tears.
Who is taking shots at Bud? I thought it was both a splendid and superb performance by Terence Crawford tonight.

He passed perhaps the biggest test of his career with flying colors by doing something that no other fighter has done and that was stopping Shawn Porter. Shawn Porter has nothing to hang his head about. He fought his ass off.

It's just that he was ostensibly slowing down the longer the fight went on and had trouble getting on the inside to fight. In addition, both his punch output and workrate were noticeably decreasing with each passing round as well..

Bud was methodically and systematically hurting and wearing him down with clean counters and body punches as the fight progressed into the later rounds; Which prompted his father Kenny to stop the fight..

Mainly Canelo fans, it would seem. Who are quick to criticize anyone who can challenge Canelo, either in pfp, or around his weight.

Yes, I am noticing that too I know Bud is his own man and all and it's his decision but I would love for him to clean out the entire welterweight division by becoming undisputed. However, it would never happen unless he leaves ESPN and Top Rank.
