No way Fury counts as an active HW available to fight as he wouldn't fight Wlad due to self declared retirement.

Also Wilder wasn't higher, Wlad was literally ranked No.1 in ring 2016 and from what I remember briefly removed completely due to inactivity caused by Fury being a messer and reinstated as no.1 just before the AJ fight.

Wlad was literally ranked 1 (contender) even after the Fury loss and the only guy you could possibly have higher in your personal rank was Wilder and I don't have him beating Wlad.

Point is AJ has beat top 1 or 2 opponent especially if you got Povetkin or Parker floating in behind Wlad and Wilder.

The Ring Magazine's Annual Ratings: 2017 - BoxRec - Interesting that 7/10 are now former AJ opponents in these ranking & 2/3 leftover couldn't make the fight with AJ for PED related events.

Bob Arum kept stressing the need for a live gate. He didn't want to promote this fight inside of a bubble where he would lose a substantial amount of money. It was October 2020 when Fury decided to breach the rematch clause and decided that he would pursue an undisputed bout with Anthony Joshua.

He had been given false and misleading legal advice that the rematch clause had expired which was untrue. The rematch clause was still a binding and enforceable agreement.

          This is...a lie?

I think its pretty much common knowledge that Hearn wasted everyones time with those Wilder negotiations three years ago. You're now going to use the 100m bull**** excuse as if that offer wasn't made after Fury and Wilder already fought.

This is why I think I need Usyk to utterly embarrass Joshua this month. This level of delusion is utterly insane. Wilder and Fury have always been considered the top dogs WSPECIALLY since Wlad was coming off of a loss. You Hearniacs have actually gotten worse.

No it isn't. You irritating ****ing liar. This is all easily verifiable though ****ing Google.

It was delayed the first time due to Wilder undergoing bicep surgery, the second due to networks dis*****g the schedule and the third time due to Fury and Arum walking away.

For the record, if Fury doesn't fight in October then yeah, strip him.

It that does happen, the top contenders should fight for the title, it shouldn't just be awarded to Shyte like your man crush Eddie Hearn wants.

Unfortunately for you, the WBC won't strip Fury because Fury has a worldwide profile and Shyte is a UK bum who nobody gives a **** about.

come on Denny we all know fury has no power in terms of packing out stadiums and venues...he never has and that’s why the wilder trilogy fight was cancelled , also the klitchcko rematch fell though in Manchester because less than 5000 were sold....stop it with the delusion with fury being a world star..secondly I couldn’t give a toss about whyte I give a toss about a fighter not acting out his duties as a belt holder which is exactly what we are seeing with fury at the moment.
so yeah October will be his reckoning if he finally gets back in the ring

Just some real quick inside info and small correction. It was actually Fury and his team that came up with the idea that there was a time limit for the fight. Arum and ESPN were never on board and always wanted the 3rd fight to go through. At first Fury wanted a quick fight before he fought Wilder again, but ESPN was not going to lose more money, as they did on his 2 fights prior to the Wilder rematch. That's when Fury and his team decided to try and walk away from the 3rd Wilder fight. Fury didn't start negotiating with AJ until a few months later. This entire situation was concocted by Fury and his team, and it was a huge miscalculation.

I agree, Fury should have been stripped when he refused to fight anyone for 12 months after being Wilder the 2nd time. It makes a mockery of the division and the wider sport in general, as this so-called champion has only managed 1 fight in 2 years. It's a disgrace.

Hearn wants fury out the way so the cash cow robot can unify with a easy fight against whiner or whyte
