Why is Luis Ortiz still ranked top-10 HW by Ring Magazine?

Would be great to see Ortiz in against some of the other PBC HWs or guys that can fight on PBC cards.
Martin, Ruiz, Wallin and Frank Sanchez would be nice matchups. I realize Martin and Ruiz might fight each other in October and Frank is slated for Ajagba.Comment

He is also friends with Ortiz they said they wouldn’t fight each other ,though Sanchez said he would win . Id actually wouldn’t mind seeing Ortiz fight Breazeale in a last ditch effort of his career ,would like to see if Ortiz can keep someone that size off him and see where his gas tank is .

What does the year have to do with it?
Ortiz is number six.
Michael Hunter is number seven. Hunter lost at cruiserweight and fought to a draw with Povetkin at heavyweight when Povetkin was in his 40s and getting KOed by guys.
He shouldn’t be ranked ahead of Ortiz.
Oscar Rivas is number eight. Rivas’ biggest win at heavyweight is a guy Luis Ortiz beat the ever living crap out of about five years before Rivas got that win. He also lost to Dillian Whyte.
He shouldn’t be ranked ahead of Ortiz.
Joe Joyce at number nine has an argument. He’s put together a nice resume in a short time. But I’ve seen both box and I don’t see him doing better than Luis Ortiz did against a Deontay Wilder-type heavyweight.
Oleksander Usyk at number ten has only had two heavyweight fights. He had a razor thin win over Dereck Chisora. He shouldn’t be ranked ahead of Ortiz.

Stop pming me and begging! And no never said Ortiz was a top guy... your reading comp skills being what they are I can't blame you...
You are wrong there ,you should check this guys posts out he claims everyone has the same record as Ortiz and because he has only lost to the same guy it proves he’s a top guy . billeau2
Argument is, was and always has been, the division is weak and Ortiz is as good as other guys beneath the top 3 guys. Stop putting words in my mouth and stop PM ing me!Comment

Funny no one wants to answer this but there’s never a shortage of asking why he doesn’t belong .
