I just saw the old bum who never fought anyone in the top-10 rankings of the latest Ring Magazine rankings.

Boxing is a joke.

The bum shouldn't even be anywhere near top-20 until he fights someone. There are loads of PBC boxers he can fight to prove he's worthy of being ranked.
