He’s not as skilled as SRR or SRL IMO, both those guys were much better offensively than Floyd as well as having a quality defence.

      What about Duran

i was told coming forward while still keeping a great offense is the hardest thing to do in boxing

I’d say Floyd was more skilled than Duran. I guess it depends on what style you appreciate more. Not saying Duran was unskilled or anything like that though, obviously a highly skilled fighter too.

This is more apparent when you look at his career from start to finish. He is able to adapt because he has mastered so many tools.
          Joe Louis?

closest thing to flawless technique imo

that how I’d hire to teach me each punch

Floyd often punched with his chin in the air and had a loose left hook

Floyd stands out for his genius, versatility, and adaptability

Floyd Duran @ 147 or 154 would be it!

unorthodox pressure guys trouble Floyd. Then again Benitez clearly beat Duran

and Duran has the skills to box with Floyd in the moments where they fight Floyd’s fights

I’m a big Duran fan but I would favour Floyd to beat him. Just think the clash of styles favours Mayweather. I think Duran would rough him up and make it difficult for him on the inside like Castillo/Maidana and possibly hurts him once or twice like Mosley did but I just see Floyd winning enough rounds to win by decision.

Floyd is as skilled a boxer that has ever fought. He went from a offensive boxer puncher to one of the 2 or 3 greatest defensive boxers ever.

I’d argue Floyd’s offense is significantly better than both of their defenses. Especially prime Floyd.

Yeah against the likes of c fighters like Marcos Madonna, Andre Berto, and Conor McGregor, it is easy to look like a world beater against that type of cherrypicked opposition.

Ok give some more insight on this. Prime Floyd's offense is better than Srl's.
