Ali was similar to SRR. Physically gifted with very good skill, but not the most skilled fighter I've ever seen. GOAT heart and mental toughness to boot. Floyd is more skilled, and it's not even close. It might be unfair to even compare a welterweight's skill level to a heavyweight.
