If his team was smart they would have negotiated a step aside fee to let Fury/AJ happen in August then Wilder gets the winner.
Now he’s about to get his ass kicked again for less money and that AJ payday will never happen.

They still don't realize they are the tune-up, do they?

So... Ask yourself a question. Would you get into the ring with Joshua for 100 mil? Your getting redeemer ****** to think fury won't take this fight out of fear... the cowardly lion takes this fight.

Maybe fury felt prideful that Wilder could control him with a step aside deal. Maybe fury senses that Wilder is more up for this fight than he is... that makes some sense.

Maybe fury sees av way out of this fight... sometimes one can legally plead a good faith effort to meet a contract, and male a case that any more of an effort would harm them materially... this sends the Wilder fight back to arbitration. This would not surprise me.

But let's use some common sense here.

I've said for a while that I see this back in court.

With the fight announced, tickets on sale, and only a couple of months away, it's sad that the most surprising turn of events would be for Fury to actually step in the ring.

Exactly. It was all negativity from team Fury throughout the negotiations.

Fury is in a tough spot, he doesnt want to fight AJ, he doesnt want to fight Wilder, but he is the WBC champ. I doubt he wants no part of Dillian Whye either.

If Fury could choose he'd probably rematch Pianeta.
