WBC President Sulaiman just said yesterday that Pacquiao has had 100 administered drug tests during his career and has always tested negative for all of them. He is one of the most tested individuals in boxing because of his long career.

During that time a lot of fighters have failed their drug tests including current popular titleholders such as Canelo Alvarez and Tyson Fury, so maybe you should point your fingers at those boxers.

You talk about mandatory titles. Why not ask how many world champions Pac has fought(24) and defeated(22) in different weight divisions the latter of which is just one shy of the world record(23) held by Mayweather. Anybody who jumps as many weight divisions like he has(and won championships in a record 8 of them) clearly doesn't have much opportunities for mandatories like other boxers who stay within their own division.

5 of those divisions where he has won championships were for lineal titles which is again another world boxing record, where you have to take the title from the previous titleholder in a continuing line of succession(which is how it was given before the advent of different sanctioning organizations in boxing), not for some random alphabet title that some organization is willing to give you.

      Pacs major belts:

      Wbc 112 - beat Sasakul
      ibf 122 - beat ledwaba
      ring 126 - beat barrera
      Wbc 130 - beat Marquez
      wbc 135 - beat diaz
      ring 140 - beat Hatton
      wbo 147 - beat cotto
the ring title isn’t a real belt nor is it recognized as a sanctioned title by the hall of fame. So that eliminates two divisions right there. As far as the wbc title he won at 150, although it’s a legit title and counts, it was a scam. Margarito did nothing to get a title shot at 154. He was a welterweight who got beat down by Mosley, was suspended a year for cheating, and then beat a nobody in Mexico. So how is it that two welterweights became the mandatories to fight for a junior middle weight title? It was a set up to give Pac that belt.

The point is that the WBA never even notified Pacquiao that he should defend his WBA title against Ugas or asked for an explanation for why he didn't fight last year. Everybody knows how many fights were cancelled or never scheduled because of COVID yet they stripped him of the title anyways. The previous titleholder Thurman wasn't treated so harshly before that for the same title despite not fighting for 2 years.

But chasing Ryan Garcia, a lightweight, was the last straw. Keef never chased a lightweight.

I stand by Pac. Ugas never beat anyone I thought was great except Figueroa who should stay below WW. WBA is truly a scum org IMO. They've got belt-itas. Sanction fee fever. Weight blind. So many belts to keep track of they trip over them.

You clearly don't know your facts.

The WBA never notified Pacquaio when they stripped him of the WBA Super Title.

They didn't even ask him to fight Ugas the WBA regular champion to defend his Super Title like they have done in the past. They just announced it on their website.

Previous to that the WBA let Thurman hold the same Super Title for 2 years without defending it.

Pac was trying to schedule a fight last year as everybody knows. Because fights were not allowed to have live boxing fans as spectators last year, promoters were not able to find a feasible match for him during that time.

Kinda know the score when dealing with the WBA. The people behind recognizing 4 “world champions” in every weight class. Like that story of the turtle who gives a Scorpion a ride across the river. So no pity party for Pac.

At the end of the day, I consider the most important title in boxing is the lineal title where you must defeat the previous titleholder in a clear line of succession in order to become champion, not some alphabet title that some random organization is willing to give you.

This is how champions were determined when there weren't so many sanctioning bodies back in the day and holds particular relevance today in this age of multiple world boxing sanctioning organizations.

Pacquaio holds the record for most lineal titles in different weight divisions today with 5.

Chased a lightweight? Where did you get that? Manny never made any pronouncement of fighting Ryan, Ryan made a scene of announcing he wants to fight Manny. You're not just a troll you're a racist, Manny deserves respect not a fake news.
