Yup. He’s going to realise early on that his punches don’t have the same effect as a the lower weight classes. He also going to feel Barrios’ power.

I expect the Aztec Prince to take him into dark waters and drown him.

Is it mainly a height thing? Are you seeing the Loma fight going the same way for the same reason? Of course Tank is moving up 2 divisions so I'm not saying it's exactly the same but curious on your view. Most of the time height and even weight aren't enough to make up for the ability gap.

Tank's power might not carry up. That's possible with anybody. But stylistically this suits him: he's good at getting inside on rangier guys, he's already got an edge in speed/reflexes/explosiveness at 130 so it'll be even more noticeable here. Tank is one of those guys who looks easier to hit than he is, I think opponents see openings but when they go for them Tank slips and catches them. Pedraza and LSC have skills but they fell intp that imo. Barrios will too

Maybe, supposedly tank hurts Super middleweights in sparring alot of stories of him doing it

It’s not just a height thing it’s a size thing. I think Barrios will be able to deal with Davis’s power better than previous opponents. I also think Davis will be surprised at how hard a solid puncher at 140 hits. With 8oz gloves.

Barrios has nice counters and good straight punches which will keep Davis tentative.

I think Loma will have fewer problems with Nakatani but I have a feeling that he may have lost a step coming from a loss and also getting on in years.

How much does he want it if it ends up a real gruelling fight.

          What are your thoughts?

It's up there with pro wrestling titles in levels of ridiculousness

Not only do we have a contender for boxing’s hippest cat but I also think he’s going to present Tank with some serious problems.

Tank is unbelievably short. He’s going to learn weigh classes matter.
I completely disagree dude but fair play for making a bold prediction. You’ll look like a genius if you’re right…

I’ve got Tank via mid rounds stoppage.

Ooh, ooh, and also like pro wrasslin' boxing could have a 24-7 belt too! Defend on demand? I swear, I don't watch the stuff, it's the nephew, ya know...

After watching some Barrios's recent fights, I'm predicting a Davis's early KO win. Barrios fundamentals are too basic and he does't fight tall let alone behind a jab.
