I know who all of them are, and I watched all, or at least most of those fights. Well, none of them were ever anywhere near my top 50 P4P. Top 5/10 in their divisions, sure.

Fernando Montiel was Top 10 P4P when he fought Donaire.

Nonito rode on Manny’s hype due to being Filipino. He’s a good boxer but never special. Arum managed him very well until he started getting beat up.

Nonito is the hardest punching bantamweight of all time and lost to another special fighter and tough style matchup in rigondeaux. He lost to a couple of champs in higher weight classes as well. No shame in that.

I just checked his boxrec to fully look into his career, and again, he should never have been any higher than around top 50 P4P.
