Lol ... Aside from Parker who never lived up to the hype! and still had Whyte out on his feet , who has Whyte really beat ? He's fought one solid guy , Joshua who himself has proven beatable but he was sparked out .Talk about a padded record . Rivas a small heavyweight who is now fighting at a lower more suitable weight, Brown ...come'on .....Chisora who has lost ten times and many thought beat Whyte first time around. Whyte loses a lot of support with these ****** comments.

I cant stand Whyte but hes not wrong, especially when it comes to Wilder. It took him a decade to step up to elite level competition and by that point he was already 39-0 and on his 7th title defence.

As for Fury, the Wlad win was great, the Wilder win (should be winS) solidified him as a star but in all honesty with Wilder himself being such a can crusher nobody really knows how good he actually is relative to the rest of the division to be able to properly rate a win over him. After that we are getting to the likes of Del Boy, Hammer, Wallin etc, bearing in mind Fury is 30-0 as well.

Lol Audley hadnt been a "UK hype job" for like a decade at that point, he was in his 40s and had already been stopped easily by Haye and Price.

The former because, well, look. The latter because he's never fought a truly live dog who was less than 40. The two times he did, he lost one and went 12 in a stinker with the other. I know British boxing fans (and sports fans here in general), most genuinely don't believe either of those two are that good. They desperately want to believe that but I think deep down they know even Wilder would likely spark both out.

It's the same reason why Hearn has so many bumlickers. Boxing is an international sport but there is kinda pathetic and desperate desire by many for the UK to "rule" the boxing landscape. Even whilst the top 2 fighters in the heavyweight division are Brits, it doesn't legit feel like they're the true top dogs of the division. And Im strongly leaning on the likelihood that they won't be. Great boxing legacies are built on great careers not pathetic nationalistic pride. Whyte doesn't even belong on the discussion. He looked ****ing lethargic in his fight with Povetkin. Notice how they always talk about him "being a character" or being "the most improved". Being the "most improved" was what we used to call remedial kids who just about sc****d their final year exams. Same with Joshua "learning on the job", these are terms used for fighters you don't genuinely believe are as great as you hype them up to be. The talk of resume is more of that bull****. In a decades time no one is going to be looking at his fights against Parker or Pulev as competitions that pushed the needle. If anything, I think people are going to resent the fact that he and Whyte had many legit marquee matches.
“those who cling to talk of records”?

as in, judging fighters by their records?

as in judging someone’s career by what they’ve actually done?

that’s just common sense, isn’t it? If you go for a job interview you would expect to be judged on your record, right? The things you can actually point to and say “I did that”.

contrary to your position, I think the people who hype fighters in spite of their having a terrible record (see Deontay Wilder’s fanbase) have no idea what they’re talking about because they have basically no evidence on which to substantiate their opinion.

Very bitter. These things are so easily said. Povetkin was finished, Chisora had a thousand losses, Parker was no longer champion, Helenius was injured, Browne wasn't juiced up, Rivas is a blown up Cruiserweight, Wach was robbed of a draw.

There’s as much wrong as right here . Fury has the real WBC belt , Whyte does not and he still convientley ignores he side stepped and declined A.J .

Everything is else is correct ,

***** Needlejuice Shyte should be banned for life for his 2nd offense getting caught roiding with ultra powerful Dbol,he was allowed to fight juiced without opponent knowing, with kid gloves & handpicked paid off ref,& he still had to rob Rivas. Anyone who supports Shyte has no business talking about Wilder.

I got as far as the bit in italics.

So he never fought one, but did it twice? Presumably Parker was the 12 rounder? And Ruiz was obviously the loss. Was the Ruiz rematch not a live fight then?

No reason to read your post any further when it's so riddled with nonsense. I don't even have to state an opinion to argue against your rubbish.
