This thread and article from Whyte, is just highlighting the divisions of HW fans, yet again.
Fury fans though - how can you say that Whyte is wrong about fighting top 10 guys? Retirement, mental health issues, alcoholism doesn't mean that Whyte is wrong.
Fury easily gets the most amount of passes on this forum.
If Fury killed a box full of kittens and filmed himself doing it naked with a **** armband on - he'd get a pass on here from some people.
If AJ so much as farts, its 'His career got ended by an obese mexican, he's a Matchroom hypejob, Eddie Hearn is conning you all'
Blows my mind.Comment

Not fussed. As I keep saying, I legit do think Joshua and Matchroom very much cater to the kind of loser sentiment of English football fans. I don't think either of them represent boxing greatness. Other than drawing power, we can hardly convince ourselves that someone like Joshua has anything on the likes of Canelo when it comes to sheer competitive grit.
If I legit asked you what about their boxing ability makes either Whyte or Joshua watchable, neither of you could answer the question. Joshua is just the latest British boxer that much of the public gets behind but isn't exactly sure why. Same with Whyte.Comment

Audley Harrison WAS a hypejob. What the **** are you on about?? His million pound deal with the BBC prior to even having a professional fight was a massive deal back at the turn of the century.Comment

Who throws combinations like A.J with power in explosive spurts with maintaining balance and is able to slip punches doing it ? Who do you think is preferable to watch other then that guy who holds 22 knockout wins in 25 fights ?

Yes... “at the turn of the century”
Wilder fought him in 2013.
by this time he was not a hypejob, he was widely known as Fraudley Harrison in the UK and a general laughing stock.Comment
