This legal crap is the only thing they have left. If the arbitration goes in Wilder's favour they'll be celebrating like he beat Fury in the ring and won his title back.

if this was a litigation then I would have understood their optimism, I mean it’s not like Wilder hasn’t been involved in that before, he went the litigation route against Povetkin, because he thought he had a case.

There is a reason they are going through arbitration and him trying to beg Fury into fighting again. They are really only interested in getting Wilder some money, as they knew Team Fury aren’t about to mess up that Joshua payday.

From Fury’s point of view it pays for him to delay the Joshua fights, get two more fights under his ESPN deal and then cash out in those two Joshua fights without the middle men.

But that’s going to be difficult to do.

That's a complete and utter LIE....the fight is no where near done and I've predicted long ago this fight won't happen anytime soon...LOL

Arbitration doesn’t let an opposing party sue for massive amounts that’s why it’s arbitration which is not a court battle . It’s to settle things outside court to speed the process up . If Wilder went to court he would get nothing so the process is just where it’s at now but anyone who thinks the arbitration will stop the fight from happening is just pretending they know what they are talking about . The only way the fight doesn’t happen is if Fury decides not to take it .

It doesn’t really have to do with COVID-19 at this point because the time frame is May / July regardless so all the posters mocking the announcements of it’s almost done shows how uneducated they are ,that’s irrelevant., the announcement is the easy part the hard part will be what location it is at the time .

Arum has just said on iFL TV that everything is agreed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5t0cwrLl8s&t=580s. 9:40 in is the relevant part.

So the fight announcement is only 2 weeks away then? Again?

Let's wait to hear from Frank Warren's boss Bob Arum first before making any definitive statements.

And I notice you still haven't accepted my bet about Fury vs Joshua not being next. You obviously aren't as confident as you claim.

It should be an easy win for you, right?

A.J vs Fury is already agreed to once the fight is announced I expect you to weasel out on your bet not that it matters because you don’t need to be humiliated you do that yourself all the time for whatever reason ,I just don’t think you’re smart enough to see it ?

Please take note the fight is practically set to be announced and you want to still carry on just because you put your foot in your mouth ,that’s a very low levels of intelligence right there I’m dealing with . Why you continue to expose yourself on here is amazing ?

                      All I know is this.

If I am the judge ruling in an arbitration, it's not a particularly good look if one of the people involved in the dispute makes plans as if my ruling is irrelevant.

If you're a Fury fan, you'd better hope they DON'T announce a date and venue soon...unless of course they're are clear of the arbitration already, which I highly doubt.
