Comments Thread For: Fury vs. Joshua is Very Close To Being Done, Says Frank Warre...

Frank Warren, co-promoter for WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, says a deal is very close for summer unification with IBF, WBA, WBO, IBO champion Anthony Joshua. Warren calmed down the critics who became frantic after a recent interview where Fury claimed an agreement was nowhere near done.

Stake in the heart of those theories that Wilder's arbitration was blocking it.

Some people never learn on this site pretending to be educated on here while spinning lies ,while they tell you , you don’t know much . That stake isn’t anything knew on here it’s like there’s a bunch of dumbed down zombies that get killed but just keep coming back on the forum repeating themselves over and over with no logic .

Take it from an insider. This fight was done almost two months ago. They are just using the media for teasers and sh-t talk. Just waiting for the right time to announce. It’ll be in June. They might do it at the Ramirez/Taylor fight. Or they might do it in 10 minutes. Either way, the fight is done.

"The fight is very close to being done now. It's all COVID-19 related but I think it will go on some time in June, latest July. It's going to be a two-fight deal, and it depends what happens in the first fight and agreement of all parties as to where and what happens after that," Warren told Nick Parkinson.

The location is unknown, but both sides agree that it's very likely to be staged outside of the UK.
I specifically remember Eddie Hearn saying you can't agree to a fight with no venue when Wilder offered the $50 million. So this fight will be agreed to although there is no venue?

No it's not. He said the exact same thing 2 months ago. And he confirmed the arbitration issues 2 weeks ago. Arbitration can take up to 6 months. No announcement can happen until it's settled. Expect to continue to be strung along until then.

Arbitration cannot stop the fight from negotiations, Wilder cannot force anyone to fight him next ,. Warren , Arum and Hearn are now collaborating and the only thing stopping the announcement is Fury to get the deal agreed to . Wilder will most likely get the winner after the two fights unless he loses but to keep going on as though Arbitration will spoil the fight is hilarious still that you have all this time to talk in circles . My guess is you probably looked up arbitration can take up to 6 months somewhere and tied into here , the six months guy on here . Ha
