THe point that it hasnt been done before, is not even close to enough reason that it "can't" be done.

SO youre saying they can deduct 1 million, and give it to the winner... but not a percentage?

You can write a CONTRACT up any way you see fit.. as long as both parties sign and agree... it is legally binding.

To me, 60 to the winner, 40 to the loser is as fair as it gets... plus it gives you some sort of added drive to win the fight.

As I have said before, if its done once... it might enlighten more people to do it, 'What Roy and Bernard done was a good idea, we should do that...', it would make **** so much easier and would probably help Boxing cause purse splits are an absolute wank reason as to why the best fights aint happening.

Its just the question, if you don't wanna fight that's fine... but if you do but refuse to accept winner getting 60 and loser 40, then why not? Cause you should be confident in winning in the first place, meaning you will get 60.

The winner deserves the lions share... they won after all, getting a smaller purse would make them feel like the loser.
