I will always love boxing as well, the point of the thread isn't to degrade the sport.

My point is that people can't go on saying "boxing is fine, don't worry" when there are less good fights, less money to go around and less people tuning in to watch.

If boxing isn't careful it will end up like American Car companies who never felt a serious threat from their foreign competition until it was much too late.

Of course this fight would be on ppv so it wont acheive the 15mil figures benn eubank acheived but if it was free it would easily obtain that, if fricking harrison williams got nearly 10mil this could about 20ish. Yh khans ticket sales vs kotelnik was low but no body had heard of this guy and he can hardly speak english not the easiest guy to sell tickets for.
