True Pacquaio will bring the most money for Cotto at this moment but Cotto will also bring the most Money For Pacquiao at this moment.
Mosley-Pacquiao, Berto-Pacquiao, JMM-Pacquiao III, wil not make more money because all those fights will have to be co-promoted and Arum will not be able give Pacquiao what he has offered him for the Cotto fight and neither of those other 3 fighters will sell more than Cotto either.

Mayweather deserves a separate attention. Do you think that with what Pacquiao's team have demonstrated on their last negotiations (Cotto, Hatton and DLH) they will be able to get an agreement with Mayweather, Hell No.
That fight will probably be never made because of their demands. Hell they are not even fighting each other and all they take about is how they will not accept each other terms.

Now everbody is worried about who can Cotto fight if he doen's get the fight with Pacman, well guess what there's plenty.

1st of all let's start by saying that if Cotto-Pacman don't take place Arum will be willing to please more Cotto than Pacman because Pacman is under contract and Cotto will not be after this year. (Remember Cotto was going to resign if the Pacman fight took place.

Therefore Cotto Mosley II will be out there to unify the titles and also Berto awhich can be like a tune fight while making 3-4 millions in prpe[aration to Cotto's biggest fight, Mayweather.
But you know what Cotto could have the luxury to sit back 2 more months, become a free agent in January and negotiate his next fight with Mayweather for the WBO title and yes at 147 limit. He would have a better chance to fight Mayweather because Cotto is not as demanding as Pacquiao's team in terms of the purse and the weight wouldn't be an issue with PBF this will be Cotto's Mega fight and will generate more than what Pacquiao will generate with Mosley, Berto or JMM (especially if JMM losses to PBF).

Now some moron might say well what title if the title is removed from Cotto by the WBO??, if Cotto and Pacman don't fight there's no way that the WBO can take his belt because by the WBO rules a Champion has 9 months to defend his title and those 9 months expire, guess when?? in February when he could be probably defending his title against PBF. Would you think that the WBO will have a problem with that fight.

The reason why they wanted Cotto to come down in weight is to make the fight closer to Manny's actual weightclass, which I would argue is 135, or maybe even 140 now.

Do you think they would be fighting at a catch weight if Manny was a natural welterweight ? **** no.

Of course Team Pacquiao is going to want every advantage they can. They're fighting against physically someone who is much bigger.

Everyone knows Manny is not a real welterweight. He's just talented enough to compete with welterweights.

If he is so talented to fight WW's why doesnt he fight em @ full weight? and if he is a 135 or 140 pounder than stay down there. They are trying to make history for 7 different weight classes so take the whole weightclass and not half.. if not it will be 6 1/2 division champ (because he couldnt make the weight).
