TBH, I think Shane would win against Pacquiao also. Shane would probably not drop any weight for a title fight either. If Pacquiao won versus Shane (huge if) would he simple vacate the belt if Cotto came after him?

Stop being Bitches (Roach and PacMan) and fight at the Welterweight Limit if you want that belt. Cotto should not put the belt up if he has to fight at a catchweight because in 10 years all you will see is that PacMan beat Cotto for a welterweight title with no mention of the WeightDraining. At least Mayweather fought for his PaperTitles against Champions without a catchweight, and with the exception of Hatton, Floyd challenged them at their weight not his. The fight will happen because Arum can't risk losing Cotto. This is the only way Arum can keep Cotto so the fight will happen no matter what.
