              And Floyd was 106 also at the age of 16.

              Does it make a difference fighting in the pro or amateur ranks. They both weighed the same at 16 and both weigh the same at 147.

                Is Manny the best division climber in history??

                No, there's a lot of fighters way back who climb many divisions than Manny... Roberto Duran, Henry Armstrong, Sugar Ray Robinson... etc...

                But, when you look at Manny's titles from 112-140, it's 6 world titles;
                112, 122, 126(no belt), 130, 135. 140... He didn't fought at JR. Bantamweight and Bantamweight.. He Jump directly to 122 which the Jr Featherweight...

                If I were to say, based on the accomplishments that he had achieved..
                I would consider him to be the best division climber in history assuming he will win against Cotto which will be his 7th title in different divisions.

                  Yes, it does make a difference.. A true boxing fan do notice that. Besides, do you know what's the real difference? When both was still at their teens, Pacquiao claimed the WBC Flyweight belt, while Mayweather is still sharpening his blades. Pacquiao took a risk,
                  to overcome the struggles of life. DONE!

                    If Floyd was in the same situation he would have done the same.

                    Pacman and PBF at 16 weighed the same
                    Pacman and PBF at WW weigh the same now as well
