I don't agree that he is "much bigger" than Cotto. I think the sizes in terms of weight are comparable. But you make a good point about him fighting at 145.Comment

every fighter is different.. so saying this fighter was ok doing it so this guy should be ok, is a completely bull**** example...
is 144 for cotto ok w you?
is 143 for cotto ok w you?Comment

The point is you guys are crying waaay to much about one pound difference for cotto. Guys like Margarito are so much physically bigger than cotto and yet can make 145 no problem. If they can do it, cotto, who isn't a big welterweight, should have no problem.
A fight between Cotto and Pacquiao is going to take place. It's amazing that this fight can even occur in the first place and yet, to some of you all you care about is that one pound. Be happy they are giving us such an awesome fight. This is truly a fight for the fans.Comment

You're telling me cotto shouldn't be able to get to 145 if that beast next to him can do it on a regular basis? Give me a break man
Yes.is 144 for cotto ok w you?
That might be pushing it a bit for cotto, IMO, but then again I'm not apart of cotto's training camp. I'm sure if he really wanted to he could still be fighting at 140.is 143 for cotto ok w you?Comment

Agreed but there should be no catchweight. If Pac could fight Delahoya at 147, why not Cotto?Comment
