i'm thinking the same thing. 145 sounds fair. if pac wins, i want it to be against a healthy cotto. no excuses, no tainted victory.

Roach wants every possible advantage he can get, he must see something that most of us dont. From Pac Mans performance vs Hatton and DLH I think he is ready to **** with all the top guys at 147, he might not win againts all of them but regardless im sure they will be great fights.

I don't understand. Pac is such a tough guy why can't the fight be at 147? He's the greatest fighter ever, right? He can knock out a horse, why can't the fight be at 147?

143 is unreasonable and Roach knows it. I think Roach doesn't want the fight and instead of flat out coming out and saying it, this is what he's doing. I don't think this is a good way to save face.

We don't see Nonito Donaire trying to drain Juan Ma Lopez down to a catch weight. So why is Pacquaio trying to do it with other fighters? I've got to give credit to Pacquiao for helping out those bomb victims by the rebels over the weekend. The things that Pacquiao does outside of the ring that are non-boxing related is what keeps my respect for him, along with how he takes care of business inside the ring.

Did you missed the news when it was actually Pacquiao who instructed Arum to make the fight happen.

True that Pacman brings more revenue and is the p4p best and true that Arum wanted this fight to happen, but it was Pacman who called out Cotto not the other way around.

Pac is not nearly as big nor does he have near the defense Clottey has. 147 would be a lot of trouble for Pac against Cotto
So he should shut up and not call out a fighter that he's not willing to fight at the fighters weight.

When/where did Pacman himself called out Cotto? Got any link? It think it was Arum who called/wanted to make the fight to happen if I'm correct. Pacman just fights to whomever his promoter puts him into. Regardless, I want to see this fight as long as both parties are comfortable as they choose to sign to take this fight. Lets get it on.

                    War Pac!
