You gotta love this sport.When one falls (floyd) the other rises to the occasion.I was at the fight last night and observing manny's reaction to all the fellow cotto fans showing the massive amount of love to him caught him by suprise.He hinted the guess that cotto's very marketable.We respect manny and we know what cottos up against.

Two things i would like to truely happen.


1.Cotto has to step up his defense BIG time.Do alot of sparring with fast-handed combination fighters.

2.No less then 146.Which he weighed in at the clotty fight.



I would like to know if he's gonna continue with the same coach.He's needs to stop leaning foward.And another,if he gets tired he needs to hold a lil more.Buy some time.He's a guilty conscious man,doesnt beleive in too much holding to win a fight.But is going to have to do it if tired out.

This is how I read Cotto, he's got the biggest balls out there and holding to him, looks gay. He would rather go down swinging than hold and dance the salsa. He even tried to shake off Clottey, who was trying to initiate a hold even though he looks dead tired and needs a little bit of respite himself. A mark of a warrior and a fighter through and through right there...

cotto is not the same cotto 2 years ago. since losing to margarito, he also lost his luster in the ring. he will no longer go for a knockout.

judging from his performance against clottey, i see cotto will get knockout worse than his ko lose to margarito. pac's speed is unparalled in any welterweight fighter of today.

this is why arum is salivating to have cotto next in line for the pacman.
