Remember in the movie Gladiator with Russel Crow....Remember when the Emperor agrees to fight him in the Colosseum....but right before the fight he stabs him the ribs to get an advantage..

Same basic principal in "Catch Weights"

Either you fight the man when he's 100% or you don't fight him.
Hmmm considering PAC started at 108 and now fighting @ 144+ then PAC is fighting like he was shot by a ******* at his ribs!!!!

Manny and Roach must be very confident they can put a plane in motion to beat Cotto. This fight just happen not but 2 days ago and already there making a fight... Roach sees something in Cottos style that Manny can exploit to his advantage. Roach is a smart guy and I'll guarantee he has something up his sleeve... Cotto is the bigger stronger fighter, and the fact that they pulled the trigger so fast to get this fight tells me there extremely confident that even with the weight advantage they feel Manny can still win.

Pacquaio is going to destroy all the opponents Mayweather should be fighting. Then if Mayweather beats Pacquaio in a future fight he will claim he is the best. I'm sorry Floyd it doesn't work like that.

Manny already proved he can fight at 147 and be healthy fast and powerful. Manny at 147 a lot healthier then Cotto at 142. Thats just PBCS.

Now if physical advantages need to be evened out for this fight to take place....Lets make some other ridiculous stipulations.

At 142 Manny is the Smaller more agile and faster fighter.

He has to fight with 20 pound weights on each leg.

It's not fair...He's so much faster then Cotto...It has to be an even playing field.
You're making such a big deal on the 142 pound catchweight when Cotto himself expressed that it's 145 and above or bust...

142 won't happen because for one, they are both promoted by bob... he won't piss off either sides because they are his biggest cash cows at present...

Manny KO6 Cotto even at 147.

But not Pacquiao, Mosley, or even Mayweather because he didn't look like his true self to me yet. But if the fight does happen, im all for it because it will be good for boxing.

Is it maybe the bigger Clottey, who is way bigger than Pacman has got something to do with it? Clottey has been a very difficult opponent for everyone near his division. Cotto might not look impressive against Clottey, but who has? A Cotto/Pacquiao fight is a boxing fan's delight, and I'm sticking my neck out by saying Cotto should be the favorite is this fight goes down...

Before Cotto's fight against Clottey i thought he would be too much for Pacquiao.

Now i really think he has no chance of stopping Pacquiao attack. He looked very beatable and without a good counter hitting Pacquiao flush he will lose.
