green k for the sig... hot babe!Is it maybe the bigger Clottey, who is way bigger than Pacman has got something to do with it? Clottey has been a very difficult opponent for everyone near his division. Cotto might not look impressive against Clottey, but who has? A Cotto/Pacquiao fight is a boxing fan's delight, and I'm sticking my neck out by saying Cotto should be the favorite is this fight goes down...Comment

LOL. So will this be another one of those 'Manny is ducking Floyd because he's fighting Cotto' piece of crap? FYI, Floyd didn't like to wait or the Pac-Hatton fight to finish first before deciding so in retrospect, he was the one who avoided Pac... And now he hurt his ribs... Yeah right, Floyd does not want anything to do with Manny this year. He needs more time to prepare. LOL.Comment

**** bull**** ass catch weights. There are divisions for a reason, there shouldn't be any tweeners for **** sake. If Pacquiao wants to become the welterweight king, let his ass come up. If not he's as guilty for cherry picking as Mayweather. Bring the hate.Comment

What happened to the accusation that Mosley is ducking Cotto. Seems like the other way around to me. Arum never had any intentions of having Cotto fight Mosley and establishing a clear Welterweight boss, and everybody knows it. And this will be the third weight class that Pacquiao has fought in that he hasn't beaten the best fighter. Hatton was chinless and overrated, Diaz was a scrub, and Cotto is the weakest link at 147.

Baldomir has faced better comp than Tony and Cotto...PLUS...he's never been KTFO.
Baldomir earned his shot at Floyd...He was undesputed.
While Tony was hiding in WBO land fighting the likes of Hercules Keyvelos and Manuel Gomez...
Baldomir was taking care of REAL business.Comment

Would this fight be too much risk, not enough reward for Cotto?
He is the bigger man afterall, and Pac is the man that can have any fight he wants at the moment, so it would be in Cotto's hand to take it. The problem is, Arum would want it at catchweight.
Anything lower then 147 puts Cotto at a disadvantage. Coming upto 147 for Pac, puts him at a big disadvantage.
Cotto at 147 is a beast, no matter what Marg took out of him. He fought a majority of the Clottey fight with a huge cut above the eye, no matter how debatable the decision. I feel that coming in at a catchweight would not be fair for Cotto, but could he be in the position to turn down the biggest payday of his career?Comment
