Its pretty interesting but dont you think he contradicted himself by saying,"ohh we sat with bob arum and begged him for the fight", but then towards the end he says,"he brings nothing to the table". Basically Ellerbe is saying Floyd wanted Cotto when he was weight drained and not half the fighter he is today.

The thing is though, besides Pacquiao, who else is there? Thats what a lot of people are forgetting. There isn't that Oscar or Hatton cash cow except Floyd (presumably) left. So being he said he has fighters on his list, how is Cotto NOT in that equation? Of course you gotta throw Mosley out there, but say Cotto and Mosley II happens (which will probably do decent numbers) and Cotto comes out victorious, where does that leave Floyd is presumably he fights and beats Pacquiao?

I think by the end of 2009 we're going to see how everything is going to play out, but Cotto without question is in the mix (of course being he wins Saturday which Im confident he will).
