You have to count other top wins and loses in the division to make rankings and move up and down. Just Beating 1 guy wont get you his spot.

Everything, youre trying to hype Urkal up when he did absolutely nothing at 147, ratings amongst sanctioning bodies mean nothing and you will find all sorts of names in the top ten simply because they dont rate other champions. Nobody with a brain would hype Urkal as some great win for Cotto, even though Urkal had a few moments in that fight.
