He was mistreated by the WBC when he was their champion - and he had a strong enough case legally that the WBC felt they couldn't afford to let it go to court, which was why they agreed to make him the mandatory.

Hopefully they will let Vitali fight Haye then let the winner take an easy fight against Oleg, Vitali looked slower than normal against JCG so i think age is starting to catch him a bit, but it would be a very difficult fight for Haye.

I get the feeling that Vitali would rather fight Haye over Arreola or Maskev probably due to the T-shirt thing.

Same reason as above, in order to avoid a court case. Although it's a bit unfair to Vitali, it was silly of him to go to arbitration. He's sitting on the sidelines twiddling his thumbs, when he could have got his mandatory out of the way in June, with a decent payday for a very easy fight, and then he would have had no mandatories to worry about for an entire year. Instead, in the best case, he'll have to fight Maskaev by the end of this year. In the worst case, he'll have to fight Maskaev in his next fight, probably in September. Either way, he's much worse off than if he'd fought Maskaev in June. He's not getting any younger and needs to stay active.

the boxing gods are not in favor of haye.1st he mistreated audley Harrison(who carried him & helped him early in his career),they he hammers enzo(zuri Lawrence could knock him out)& claims to be the best cruiserweight(hide, adamack,Cunningham, etc.)he calls out the klits after beating an expired Barrett(who I read was treated to a meal allowance & average hotels)& runs his mouth while wearing shirts...oh my then pulls out(losing the biggest payday hell ever get)& is replaced.I read the klits treat their opponents with first class treatment.I even read their sparring partners are treated 1st class as well.in other words wlads sparring partners are treated better than haye treated Barrett for a main event attraction.it showed in sparring since I hear tony Thompson was beating his ass bad.too bad haye now has to get in line & earn his shot..good! It looks good on him.

You believe every internet rumour you read? Or do you have a credible source with a link?

Tough fight for Haye, but I have faith that he'll be able to pull out... a victory, that is.

haye has no chance at beating vitali, actually he has teh same chance as peter and gomez did, which is the chance of a vitali injury or freak DQ for a B/S reason. what are those numbers? ask jc gomez and peter how they worked out.

If you really think Peter and Gomez are as good as Haye then you either know nothing about boxing or you're ridiculously biased. Vitali would be the strong favourite to beat Haye, but Haye would be an equally strong favourite to beat Peter or Gomez.
