You are overrating David Haye, Dave Rado. He isn't as good as you believe.
It's interesting that neither Peter nor Gomez is rated by The Ring, whose rankings represent the concensus opinion of 38 of the world's most respected boxing experts, almost all of whom don't work for The Ring - whereas Haye is ranked #9 by The Ring. You're entitled to your (rather arrogant) opinion that Haye is over-rated by almost all of the world's boxing experts (and not just by me as you pretend); but my statement that Haye would be the betting favourite against either of those two fighters is simply a statement of hard, totally non-controversial fact, as confirmed by The Ring rankings and by just about any other independent rankings you care to mention, including boxrec.

In any case your utter, completely irrational hate for Haye makes your opinion on the matter totally worthless. You think he's a bum, worse than a journeyman. There isn't a credible boxing analyst in the entire world who shares that opinion.

call me crazy but i actually think vitali is an easier fight for haye. if he gets past the sixth round then haye will stop him with an accumulation of punches. the danger is that haye might look for one punch KO rather than pot-shot his way to the 7/8th round and then let loose with the power punches.

haye by TKO in the ninth
Son, you better lay off that **** you're smoking, it's making you say the ******est **** I've ever read on this board and I've read a lot. Vitali has a much better stamina than Haye ever had. After sixth rounds all Vitali has to do it land a jab and Haye will land in the 3rd raw.

On a serious note, Vitali was fighting Gomes, a very skilled lefty, who could make anybody look bad.

I haven't checked the today's rankings, but why don't you check rankings at the time they were fighting?

The UK newspaper The Sun is reporting that Vitali and Haye have tentatively agreed to fight on Sep 12/09.

But some Brits say The Sun is often not reliable.

Why couldn't they sell 60,000 seats at Stamford Bridge?

Why did Haye's last two fights in London at smaller venues not sell out?

                  Stamford Bridge doesn't hold 60,000.

I don't know why Haye's last two fight didn't sell out the 02 arena. Maybe because of the opponents?

Lets see if the 60,000 people who purchased tickets to see Wlad - Haye go to the Wlad - Chagaev fight.

                  I wouldn't hold my breath.

Chagaev-Klitschko will be a bigger fight in Germany.

You believe Haye is a bigger name outside the UK than he actually is.
